OREFIELD AA CONSTITUTION & BY-LAWS

Orefield Athletic Association ("OAA") is a local youth baseball and softball association that is dedicated exclusively to the development of youth baseball and softball players between the ages of 5 and 18 in the Parkland Baseball/Softball Leagueand the Upper/Lower Macungie Baseball League. The Orefield Athletic Association is governed by its Board of Directors who leverage a Constitution and set of By-laws document which was amended and ratified at a general membership meeting dated March 6, 2003.
