OREFIELD AA EVENTS

These are the important events for the 2010 season.

SPRING REGISTRATION
Signups- Saturday January 23, Saturday January 30 9:00am-12:00pm Kernsville Elementary Cafeteria
Online through January 31

COACHES MEETING NIGHT 
Wednesday February 24 7:00pm Tri-Clover Fire Co
This is mandatory for all head coaches. Important information regarding rosters, practice times and schedules, equipment, rules and organization expectations will be covered.

START OF PRACTICE
Practices will begin the week of March 1st

UNIFORM TRY-ON DAYS
Saturday March 6   9:00am- 1:00pm Kernsville Elementary
Tuesday March 9   6:00pm- 8:00pm Kernsville Elementary

Mandatory for each player- You do not have to come with your team. Come on either day at your convenience. It is imperative that you come because we are ordering uniforms specifically for each player. We must have the correct pant and jersey sizes based on the brands being offered by OAA and the name and number (based on availability on a first come, first serve basis) you want on your jersey. Don’t miss these days!

WORK DAY
Saturday March 13- weather permitting
We need help with getting things ready for the season: Cleaning the snack bar, yard work, painting etc..  Any help would be greatly apreciated. Please meet at the snack bar at the Tri-Clover fields. Time TBD

Team Photos- Sunday May 16 Orefield Middle School Gym

Please note: We are always in need of coaches, assistant coaches, team parents, scorekeepers (at the upper levels), statisticians, and other volunteers in the snack bar, helping to maintain fields, cut grass, empty trash cans, and the many other activities required to have another successful season. Please volunteer willingly to help out when and where you can. Your time and energies are greatly appreciated by everyone!
