The Orefield Athletic Association is located in Orefield, Pennsylvania. The association is run entirely by volunteers dedicated to providing youth sports programs in baseball and softball for the children in and around this community.

Thank you for visiting our site! Within this site you will find information on upcoming events including registration dates, parents night, and work day, as well as other useful information such as registration forms, schedules, field directions, division rules, and other important information! 

OAA had another very successful 2008 Spring baseball and softball season with over 275 children participating with the organization this season! At the Biddy level Coach Sweigart's team won the PYL Biddy league and then went on to face Coach Kaintz's team in an all Orefield final- which was won by Coach Sweigart's team (see team photo here). At the Midget level all of the OAA teams made the playoffs with OAA finishing in 2, 3, 4, and the 8th positions with Coach Strauss' team finishing second overall in the league at 15-2-1. In the playoffs, however, it was Coach Kurtz's team that beat the previously un-defeated PYC team to take the overall Playoff championship trophy (see team photo here). Very nice job by all during both the regular and then playoff seasons!

Based upon the success of this program last Fall OAA will again offer Fall baseball opportunities to its membership. We will be playing in the Lower Macungie League (LMYA) again this fall for baseball and softball. For more information please go to the Fall Sports Page.

The Fall baseball registration process is now CLOSED! Teams are being formed and by the end of July teams will be formed and practices and scrimmages will commence soon thereafter!
